Australian Sealife II Series 2011-Present

This is the second series of silver proof coins to feature the Australian Sealife series, struck from ½oz of .999 pure silver in proof quality, these dramatic coins allows you to come face to face with some of Australia's reef dwelling animals. Each coin in the series is limited to 10,000 coins and is housed in a black presentation case, a series of five coin will be released these are the Hawksbill Turtle, Starfish, Surgeonfish, Octopus, Manta Ray. The obverse of the coin carries the Ian Rank Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The Perth Mint employs its own proprietary colorization technology in which the color is actually sealed on the coin. each coin is housed in a display case with a stunningly illustrated coral reef shipper, and each shipper joins with other shippers in the series to create a superbly illustrated underwater scene. An individually numbered certificate of authenticity is included.
